This is a group cacao ceremony and meditation. Using visualisation and guided meditation techniques. This workshop will guide you to connect to your inner being and gain insight and guidance that can be truly life-changing! You will be guided through a powerful meditation to bring through guidance and clarity at the highest level, to assist you with getting right on path to make this YOUR year! You will gain deeper levels of self awareness and realisations in order to gain guidance and insights from within. To allow any shifts, breakthroughs or healing to occur on deep and lasting levels. This will be a truly unique experience working with cacao along with coaching where needed. This session will be focusing round connecting to your higher self so you can be guided to your highest future potential. We will work on any resistance or blocks you realise are holding you back from reaching this place in your life already. Lisa is a Life coach specialising in Mindset and Positive psychology for Transformational change. She has created a unique process to activate the higher self to gain wisdom from within.
